Galvanic, chemical and coating area operates as a part of the blank production of PJSC "KCDBV" and performs all kinds of works on application of coatings on parts and products in various areas of the national economy and industry: nuclear and thermal power, shipbuilding, space and aviation complexes, housing and communal services and other industries.

Using of protective, protective and decorative, wear-resistant and special coatings solves many problems, among which the protection of metals from corrosion occupies an important place.

Corrosion of metals, i.e. their destruction due to chemical or electrochemical effects of environment, causes significant damage.

Coatings are one of the effective methods of corrosion protection, they are also widely used to give the surface of parts a number of valuable special properties: increased hardness and wear resistance, improved antifriction properties, surface conductivity, easier solderability and, finally, just to improve the appearance of products.

PJSC "KCDBV" offers the following types of galvanic, chemical and paint coatings:

• Hardness of chemical nickel plating after heat treatment is Н=5880-6860 (600-720 kgf / mm²)

To increase the corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, at the request of the customer, services are provided for the additional processing of coatings: impregnation with chromates, oils, greases and varnishes.

All types of coatings are carried out in accordance with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation.
